Returning an item because you changed your mind

Please return your item unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase within 21 days, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund, as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. Unfortunately, due to hygiene policy we cannot accept returns for items such as earrings. The customer is responsible for return postage.

Returning a faulty item

If your product develops a fault within 21 days of purchase, please return with proof of purchase and we’ll exchange or refund it. Please disable any security features and remove your personal data. Before sending please email us about the fault along with a minimum of 2 pictures or a video so that we can try our best to resolve the problem before hastily shipping items back and forth. For defective items, BSpoiled will handle the return postage if the customer can follow our returns policy. Please get in contact with our customer service team at sales@bspoiled.co.uk  

Return Info

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since you've received the parcel, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. If there is no fault or defect with the product, the customer is responsible for the return postage. Please email us in advance at sales@bspoiled.co.uk so that we can record and expect an incoming parcel from you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error or any item that is returned more than 21 days after delivery are NOT eligible for a full refund.

Please send your return to 98 Bristol Road, Birmingham, B5 7XH. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10 days.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bspoiled.co.uk and send your item to: 98, Bristol Road, Bristol, Birmingham, ENG, B5 7XH, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
